Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Engineer to design and build robust software for accelerated computing systems. You will work across teams to evaluate data center-level power, TCO, and performance trade-offs, while prototyping solutions and strengthening engineering practices.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's (or higher) in a related field and 6+ years of Python or similar language experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Python or other modern programming languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and apply new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain software systems that combine hardware, software, workload, and deployment assumptions to evaluate data center-level power, TCO, and performance trade-offs.
• Contribute to software design decisions by prototyping and evaluating solutions and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Strengthen engineering quality through effective testing, regression coverage, and operational practices.
• Collaborate across teams to define clear interfaces and enable efficient development.
• Make hands-on contributions to complex technical problems, help diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Participate in building and code reviews, share knowledge, and help teammates adopt effective software and engineering practices.
