Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices is seeking a systems‑level architect who translates customer requirements into complete, buildable data center designs spanning GPU platforms, high‑speed networking, storage, power, cooling and physical layout. You will own the end‑to‑end technical narrative from early solutioning through Basis of Design, coordinating AMD teams, partners, and OEMs to reach a coherent architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Experience designing large GPU/HPC data center solutions preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to define AI GPU cluster architecture and BoD.
• Architect end-to-end data center solutions including GPU platforms, networking, storage, power, cooling, and layout.
• Translate AI workload requirements into scalable, reliable infrastructure designs.
• Align with customers, OEMs/ODMs, and AMD teams on technical decisions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance on power redundancy and cooling strategies and support pre-sales and executive discussions.
