Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Permanent Electrical Superintendent to join our Texas construction team. This on-site leadership role oversees electrical execution, safety, and coordination with subcontractors on large commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical supervision, a strong safety mindset, and extensive knowledge of electrical systems and codes. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with an electrician's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Experience in site management, subcontractor management, and team leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards related to electrical construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring work meets project specs and safety standards.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, fostering teamwork and quality workmanship.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and safety meetings.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals for smooth execution.
• Review and interpret electrical plans to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site design, material, or labor issues.
• Maintain knowledge of building codes and regulations for compliance.
• Communicate project progress and resolutions to management and stakeholders.
