Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Data Center Superintendent to lead field operations across Texas. You will own the field from sitework through commissioning and turnover, managing schedule, safety, quality, and key partner relationships to deliver mission-critical projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial construction, 3+ years as Superintendent on large-scale sites, and strong MEP knowledge. This role offers ownership via ESOP and growth into leadership on major data center

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in commercial construction.
At least 3+ years as Superintendent on large-scale projects.
Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred.
Ability to read plans, specs, and manage multiple trades.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and sequencing.
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct all field construction activities and coordinate schedules with Project Management.
Lead daily field operations, planning sessions, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
Coordinate installation of critical MEP systems and long-lead equipment.
Support testing, startup, commissioning, IST, and final turnover with commissioning agents and client representatives.
Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Project Engineers.
Champion safety culture and OSHA compliance; drive quality control and clean closeout.
