Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Databricks Engineer to lead end-to-end data solutions on the Databricks platform across Azure, AWS, or GCP. You will architect pipelines, set standards, and mentor junior engineers while partnering with business stakeholders.

This role requires 10+ years in data engineering and 5+ years with Databricks. Remote work in the USA, EST-aligned hours, and Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or data warehousing.
• 5+ years with Databricks in production.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines into Databricks lakehouse on Azure.
• Automate data ingestion using Auto Loader and Azure Data Factory.
• Build pipelines with Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Design scalable data models using medallion architecture and SCD types.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers; ensure performance and cost optimization.
