Job summary

Stitch is seeking a Senior Databricks Project Manager to own integrated plans, budgets, and governance for medium to large data engagements. You’ll influence timelines, tailor delivery methods, and collaborate with client IT and vendor teams to drive outcomes with executive summaries and strategic memos.

You will lead with impact, coach teams, and build repeatable PM standards for Stitch’s Databricks practice while traveling up to 20% for client work. Indianapolis HQ on-site role.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of project management consulting experience.
• 2–5 years IT or data consulting experience or applicable experience.
• PM certifications (PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Marketing tech familiarity (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Oracle) is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated project plans: scope, schedule, cost, dependencies.
• Own budgets and forecasts; track burn and baseline changes.
• Own risk mitigation and issue resolution with clear documentation.
• Own change control; write change requests with justification.
• Drive buy‑in across client IT, data, and business stakeholders.
• Influence timelines and challenge IT defaults to the right solution.
• Tailor Stitch’s SEW delivery methodology per project context.
• Design project dashboards and automated reporting.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies; enforce governance.
• Write for executive summaries, memos, steering decks, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Databricks practice leadership to build PM standards.
• Manage time to meet 36+ hours of billable work weekly.
• Travel up to 20% for client meetings.
