Job summary

Stitch is seeking a Databricks Analyst to work across data layers and turn data into actionable business insights for marquee clients. You will write SQL, sometimes Python, connect sources, and build dashboards for client self-service while partnering with engineers and project managers.

You will interpret data, present prioritized recommendations to marketing and data stakeholders, and drive initiatives to action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, with hands-on SQL as a core part of the role.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud data platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Demonstrated client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy.
• Marketing, CRM, or customer data experience preferred. Databricks certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze client data in Databricks using SQL (and Python where needed) across silver and gold layers to answer business questions quickly and accurately.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and Genie spaces that let client marketers self-serve on governed data.
• Interpret data and present clear, prioritized recommendations to marketing and data stakeholders.
• Partner with Databricks project managers, architects, and data engineers to keep engagements on track and surface risks early.
• Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
