Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Databricks Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in Huntsville, Alabama.

This role focuses on solving complex big data challenges, leveraging Databricks for advanced analytics, ML, and AI-driven insights in a consulting environment. The candidate will lead engagements, design end-to-end pipelines, and collaborate with clients to maximize value from Databricks environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Top Secret clearance is required.
• 7+ years in Data Engineering.
• 10+ years of consulting experience in data platform or analytics.
• 6–8 hands-on Databricks projects in production.
• Proven Databricks experience with Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow and cloud integration.
• Strong Python and/or SQL skills for data engineering and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer engagements to design, build, and optimize Databricks architectures.
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Guide on data governance, security, and compliance within Databricks.
• Advise on architecture, reference implementations, and Delta Lake/Unity Catalog/MLflow best practices.
• Assist with productionalizing data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Provide escalated technical support and collaborate with internal teams.
