Pro Staff seeks a Senior Database Developer in Auburn Hills, MI to design, build, and maintain databases and reporting systems for manufacturing operations. You will create dashboards, develop queries, and optimize data processes to improve reporting accuracy and operational performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of database development experience with SQL, Python, and PowerBI, plus .NET/ASP.NET, VBA, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of database development experience.
• Must have experience with SQL, Python, and PowerBI.
• Experience with .NET/ASP.NET, VBA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and reporting tools.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain databases and reporting systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business operations.
• Develop queries, stored procedures, and automated data processes.
• Support data integration, system enhancements, and database optimization.
• Build and maintain web-based applications and user interfaces.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot database and application issues while providing technical support.
