ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Access Database Developer to join our client’s Digital Solutions team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will design, maintain, and modify MS Access databases, write SQL and VBA, and develop dashboards to monitor manufacturing KPIs.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations and Data Management to improve data accuracy, reporting, and system integration across platforms. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Access, SQL and VBA
• Strong understanding of database design, data architecture and relationships
• Experience developing and reporting from large/complex databases
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and process improvement techniques

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design and development of manufacturing data systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Modify existing databases and create new solutions to streamline reporting and data management
• Develop and maintain database code, including queries, stored procedures and data access logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and data accuracy across manufacturing platforms
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor manufacturing performance and identify bottlenecks
