Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Database Team Lead to architect, deploy, and manage database environments for U.S. Army ALTESS. Responsibilities include securing database systems, performing SRRs, and ensuring high availability and performance across Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud databases.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise database experience, strong knowledge of STIGs, and an active DoD Secret clearance. DoD-focused posture and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior database administration experience deploying and managing databases supporting customer applications.
• Knowledge of STIGs processes and procedures.
• Ability to perform Security Readiness Review (SRR) and document findings in a POA&M.
• Experience in database administration and architecture.
• 5+ years’ experience with application server architecture in a large enterprise.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL and cloud database environments.
• Knowledge of database administration responsibilities.
• Python and PowerShell knowledge is a plus.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, install, configure, and maintain database software across Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud databases.
• Maintain database environments to meet availability and performance standards.
• Schedule deployments and new database installations; develop security standards for ALTESS and ARMY requirements.
• Develop and maintain database monitoring and administrative dashboards for proactive management.
