Qualifications

• 7+ years of database engineering/administration experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling proficiency.
• Experience designing scalable data architectures for real-time systems.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineers.
• Hands-on with ETL, data warehouses, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize real-time databases and data systems for performance and scalability.
• Tune and productionize data systems and ML models for efficiency.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end from concept to deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions.
• Refine systems balancing new development with technical debt.
