Division of Technology Services (DTS) in Utah seeks an IT Analyst III - Database Administrator to enhance critical database services across agencies. You will work across Oracle, MSSQL, and cloud platforms with a focus on DR, automation, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years DBA work.
• Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL and cloud platforms.
• Strong SQL tuning and full-stack observability skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect disaster recovery and high-availability for multi-cloud/on-premise DBs.
• Lead DevOps automation and CI/CD for database lifecycles.
• Mentor junior DBAs and partner with agency leaders.
• Ensure data security, RBAC, encryption, and compliance.
• Respond to incidents and support after-hours on-call.
