Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Application & Database Administrator to support business-critical enterprise applications and infrastructure in a complex, multi-stack environment. The role requires strong Oracle database administration, application support, Linux and Windows server administration, and operational troubleshooting expertise.

You will develop and tune SQL queries, manage Oracle databases, configure Linux and Windows servers hosting critical business

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application & Database Administrator to support business-critical enterprise applications and infrastructure. This role requires a strong blend of Oracle database administration, application support, Linux and Windows server administration, and operational troubleshooting expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining system reliability, optimizing database performance, supporting application environments, and partnering with infrastructure, vendor, and business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

• Develop, troubleshoot, tune, and optimize Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and database objects.
• Monitor and resolve Oracle database performance issues in enterprise environments.
• Build, configure, patch, monitor, and support Linux servers hosting critical business applications.
• Configure and administer Windows Server environments, including application installation and validation of dependencies.
• Support Oracle-based enterprise applications including Unifier, OPPM, Primavera, and similar platforms.
• Perform application configuration, upgrades, integrations, and production support activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues across databases, operating systems, applications, and integrations.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive issue resolution and operational stability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, configuration records, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in system maintenance, patching, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle SQL development and database administration.
• Experience creating and supporting stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning activities.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows Server environments.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Oracle enterprise applications such as Unifier, OPPM, Primavera, or similar solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across infrastructure, databases, and application layers.
• Experience documenting technical processes, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Experience supporting enterprise application integrations.
• Familiarity with production support and operational support processes.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple technology teams and vendors.
