This is a remote position working for Caret Legal in the Cloud Engineering group supporting multiple RDBMS and NoSQL applications in the cloud and on premise.
As the Sr. DBA you will shape the direction of multiple products working closely with infrastructure, engineering and product teams. You will be responsible for providing and ensuring data availability, data integrity and data security. Performing and automating routine database administration functions including database capacity planning, proactive performance monitoring and tuning, executing security procedures and backup and recovery processes.
This role is for a Sr. Database Administrator managing Microsoft SQL Databases and requires hands-on MSSQL management, maintenance, performance tuning, and working closely with infrastructure and engineering teams.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $135,000 - $145,000 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
