Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Durham, NC seeks a data visualization leader to architect and deliver high-performance BI solutions using Power BI. You will analyze complex business problems, write detailed specifications, and guide the Viz Team through discovery and governance.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a bachelor’s or higher degree (or 10+ years in lieu). Onsite two days a week, a 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent, and an hourly pay of $70–72 on W2.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect high-performance data visualization solutions to enable delivery analytic value.
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior staff members on development best practices.
• Provide direction and assistance to the Viz Team and communicate risks to schedules and projects.
• Create, maintain, and enforce data visualization governance and development standards across the enterprise.
