West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Program Management to lead large-scale, enterprise data transformation programs from strategy through implementation and adoption. Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, technology, or business transformation experience leading complex enterprise programs.
• Proven success leading large-scale data migration and modernization programs with multiple workstreams and executives.
• Strong program and project management skills: governance, finances, reporting, dependency/ RAID management, and change management.
• Experience delivering data platform implementations on Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of data lakes, lakehouse, cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT, governance, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation programs integrating data platforms, analytics, automation, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities across cloud ecosystems (Databricks AI, Snowflake Cortex, Azure AI, AWS AI, Copilot).
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and governance for responsible AI adoption.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows with critical thinking to ensure quality.
• Ability to travel 30 to 50%; Hybrid role: 2x per week in office; US work sponsorship readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise data transformation and modernization programs from strategy to implementation.
• Manage scope, budget, staffing, timelines, quality, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Direct data migration initiatives with Databricks, Snowflake, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Establish program governance, RAID, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Define transformation roadmaps, operating models, and change strategies with executives.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery approaches to improve governance and delivery quality.
• Champion AI-powered project management and delivery tools for planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify AI opportunities for data quality and adoption.
• Partner with data engineering and AI teams to integrate generative AI and automation into modernization programs.
• Establish governance for responsible AI adoption and oversee security/quality controls.
