Interclypse Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to develop and integrate enterprise-level applications across Maryland sites. This role emphasizes delivering complex software solutions, mentoring junior staff, and driving best practices in a growth-minded, on-site environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in programming languages and state-of-the-art development approaches, with a track record of guiding IT decisions and complex projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
7+ years IT/business experience.
3 years as a technical expert coaching junior staff and contributing to high-impact IT decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-level applications and integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces.
Provide expertise on integrating applications across the business.
Define specifications and design complex, critical software using standard development processes.
Assist with difficult support problems.
Develop standards, architectures, and code reuse strategies.
Apply current development methodologies and processes consistently.
Research emerging technologies for potential business use.
Act as internal consultant, mentor, and change agent.
