Job summary

Interclypse is seeking an Applications Development Expert to design and implement enterprise-level applications and integrations across the IT landscape. The role requires broad technical leadership, hands-on development, and mentoring of junior engineers to drive high-impact solutions.

The position emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and delivering complex software while applying state-of-the-art programming languages and OO design principles. Onsite work across Maryland locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven years of IT and business/industry experience.
• Three years as a technical expert coaching junior staff and contributing to high-impact IT decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-level applications and integrations.
• Provide expertise regarding cross-business application integration.
• Design specifications and develop complex, reusable software.
• Mentor junior technical staff and act as internal consultant.
• Research emerging technologies for business use.
