Job summary

Moloco is hiring a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain the backend of the Moloco Commerce Media product, an ML-based online advertising platform for retail media. The role involves full-stack development (React/TypeScript frontend, Go/Python/Java backend), system design, feature development, testing, and maintenance.

The engineer will mentor team members, lead projects, collaborate with PM and data science teams, and operate production systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with full-stack development and backend systems.
• Experience with LLM-based applications.
• Cloud and big data platforms experience.
• Track record of shipping customer-facing products.
