UCSF Health is seeking a Data Systems Analyst, Pharmacy Analytics to design and administer data-based systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting for revenue cycle workflows.

The role requires advanced data management, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration across Pharmacy Services and IT, contributing to clinical finance insights and process improvements in a leading academic medical center setting.

Formación

• Experience designing and creating reports, scorecards, and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or any data visualization tools.
• In-depth understanding of revenue cycle metrics and dashboard design.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to lead a team and deliver on schedule.
• Advanced report development and dashboard design for healthcare revenue cycle and related tools.
• Ability to interpret clinical finance information clearly for all staff and management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards for revenue cycle analytics.
• Interpret and communicate complex financial data to management and stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects across Pharmacy Analytics and related departments.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure data integrity and governance.
