Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Data & Systems Analyst III to support Compliance IT needs, focusing on SQL development, data reporting, and automation. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, build reports and dashboards with Power BI/SSRS, and guide junior team members. Collaboration with AML compliance stakeholders is key.

Strong SQL, data validation, and process improvement capabilities are required, with experience in automating workflows using Power Automate and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced SQL solutions for recurring and ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems to support Compliance reporting and analytics.
• Lead complex technical and reporting initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Mentor Analyst I/II on SQL, testing, and best practices.
