The candidate will oversee data strategy execution, standards adherence, and metrics to manage data risk while enabling analytics and BI initiatives within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ professional experience, or a combined 11 years’ higher education and/or work experience including 7 years’ professional experience.
• 5 years Financial Services Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management leadership and cross-functional coordination
• Strong SQL programming knowledge

Responsabilités

• Manage execution of the Data Management Strategy and development of the Data Management Framework, Policies and Standards for an assigned business.
• Implement the Data Management Program within the business unit and provide training to personnel.
• Act as the Data Steward for the IS business.
• Facilitate data management-related working groups.
• Measure compliance with policy and standards and identify critical data elements.
• Monitor data quality via KPIs/KRIs to manage data risk.
• Promote usage of data management and BI tools by stakeholders.
• Analyze large data sets to derive business insights.
