Qualifications

• MBA or MSc in a quantitative field or equivalent is highly valued.
• 3–5 years of client-facing consulting, data/analytics, marketing, or tech experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication at senior client level.
• Ability to lead across diverse, multicultural teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Python/R are strong differentiators.
• Deep interest in data, digital, AI, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs through discovery and structured interviews.
• Perform advanced data analysis and strategic research.
• Develop and present data-driven, boardroom-ready recommendations.
• Develop proposals translating Artefact capabilities into value.
• Contribute to thought leadership and client content.
• Own project delivery with senior support; ensure timelines and outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and interns on the US team.
