Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Senior Analyst in New York to partner with clients and internal teams, measuring digital campaigns, designing tests, and uncovering insights to drive performance.

You’ll deploy tracking, build forecasts, and create client-facing reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Python. A technical mindset and strong communication are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cross-channel digital media analytics experience.
• Client-facing experience and insights generation.
• Experience with advanced analytics and structured testing.
• Strong background in analytics / statistics with experience working with big data sets.
• Knowledge of programming languages to aid in analysis (e.g. SQL, Python).
• Experience with visualizing data within online platforms (Datorama, Looker, PowerBI) and/or the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some knowledge of digital marketing measurement solutions (MMM, Attribution, Lift / Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms).
• Site Analytics experience (GA4 / Adobe).
• Appetite for learning new technologies and interest in automating workflows through the use of AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business and marketing goals, leveraging analytics to advance these goals.
• Help design and execute tests to quantify the impact of marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and working with partners to ensure media best practices.
• Develop and execute against a queue of custom analyses to uncover insights that support media optimizations and client recommendations.
• Deploy best practices in media/site tracking and data management to maximize data availability and cleanliness for deep analysis.
• Build and regularly update forecasts for media performance based on conversion targets and available budget; communicate predictions.
• Establish and maintain data connections for clients leveraging data visualization tools such as Datorama.
• Provide recommendations for data visualizations and develop ad hoc client-facing reporting and visualizations leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Python.
• Assist in automating reporting processes that enable the business to scale, gaining a thorough understanding of major media platforms and data collection.
• Learn about and leverage Adtech/Martech capabilities via vendor research, training, and use case development.
• Become an expert on your client’s tech stack and how data assets are leveraged for targeting and measurement.
