Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor’s).
• 5–7+ years of experience in business analysis aligned with the responsibilities for this position.
• Strong SQL skills with applied usage across various platforms.
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels of management.
• Strong project management skills including coordinating multiple projects under pressure.
• Understanding of cloud services and supporting business applications in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts supporting the Annuity production environment and resolve production issues, data discrepancies, and business impacts.
• Lead analysis for strategic initiatives, defining requirements, use cases, and expected outcomes.
• Drive the data delivery strategy across multiple agile teams, contributing to target-state design and data roadmaps.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data governance, and IT leaders to ensure data solutions align with governance standards and business needs.
• Lead data stewardship focused on data architecture, lineage, quality frameworks, and data integrity across the Annuity organization.
• Support development of AI-ready data capabilities by identifying data gaps and aligning priorities with enterprise initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance processes, strengthen data quality, and improve reporting and efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted resource to business partners and project teams, guiding collaboration and issue resolution.
