Job summary

Lincoln Financial in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support agile development within the Annuity Retail IQ Value Stream in a hybrid work environment. Fort Wayne, IN is the preferred key city location.

You will collaborate with product management, AnnuityIQ users, and stakeholders to translate needs into requirements for agile teams, maintain the data repository, enhance data feeds, and drive BI adoption while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s)
• 5–7+ Years of experience in business analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management
• Ability to evaluate trends in data or information and analyze implications
• Strong relationship management skills with internal clients and stakeholders
• Strong project management leadership skills coordinating multiple projects under deadlines
• Ability to identify and recommend processes improvements

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, develop and accept user stories to enhance AnnuityIQ data repository and publications
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements/user stories
• Write stories/requirements for Agile POD/Build Teams and data repository enhancements
• Provide subject matter expertise to clarify development requirements
• Submit User Acceptance Criteria and complete UAT
• Drive adoption and business intelligence for Annuity Data Solution
• Lead implementation and integration of improvements
• Continuously prioritize backlog for high-value work
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to manage dependencies across teams
• Survey upstream/downstream data providers to understand data usage
• Assist in developing data processes and reconciliation reports
• Perform BA and QA support as needed
• Maintain data dictionary and governance policies
• Identify and propose process improvements
