Job summary

RayTek Federal Corporation seeks a Senior-Level Solutions Architect to design end-to-end data flow, ELT pipelines, and executive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).

The role involves hands-on SQL/Python scripting, architecture of system metrics, and facilitating stakeholder workshops in a hybrid Oak Ridge, TN setting.Required capabilities include enterprise data modeling, dashboard development, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowlege of data modeling for ELT in modern warehouses.
• Expert BI tooling experience and dashboard UX/UI best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for ELT transformations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional sessions with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with engineers, DBAs, and stakeholders to identify key metrics and dashboards.
• Design end-to-end data flow from source to visualization.
• Write and optimize ELT scripts; build optimized schemas.
• Publish and maintain interactive dashboards tracking system health and performance.
• Implement data access controls and row-level security.
• Evaluate BI tools and provide recommendations for the environment.
• Deliver required architecture blueprints, data flow documents, and hand-off materials.
