Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Solution Architect - Data Solutions Architect to own enterprise data modeling standards and the integration architecture that bridges source systems to the canonical data hub and downstream consumers.

You will define conceptual, logical, and physical models, govern canonical data, and partner with other architects on integration contracts, orchestration, and routing across platforms. Strong data governance and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data modeling and/or integration architecture in enterprise settings.
• Experience designing canonical data models and API/iPaaS integration contracts.
• Familiarity with API gateway/reverse-proxy patterns (YARP) and CQRS.
• Knowledge of master data management and data governance.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data modeling standards across conceptual, logical, and physical models.
• Design and maintain canonical data hub and integration contracts bridging source systems to consumers.
• Collaborate on orchestration and routing with Boomi iPaaS / API gateway architects.
• Evaluate data modeling methodologies suitable for each initiative.
• Define ERDs and metadata-driven schema patterns.
• Align canonical models to lakehouse/medallion consumption layers.
• Establish integration standards for master/reference data and change-data-capture.
• Lead ARB reviews and produce architecture reports with action items.
• Maintain data dictionary, model documentation, and interface catalogs.
• Support hyper-care for new integrations and drive root-cause analysis.
