T-Mobile is seeking a data analytics professional to deliver insights that influence strategic and operational decisions. The role combines advanced data analysis, reporting, and measurement methodologies to guide campaign effectiveness and business actions.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts, develop dashboards and analytic tools, and present complex findings to executives. A strong background in statistics, SQL, Python/R, and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• 2+ years of experience developing, executing, or validating advertising measurement solutions, including incrementality, experimental design, or causal inference
• Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, decision science, statistics, economics, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 7-10 years Data Science and Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, statistical modeling, quantitative analysis & research
• Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language (Required)
• Advertising, ad tech, or retail media experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations that optimize campaign performance and measurement quality by collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the organization.
• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks, data and reporting solutions, including analytical models, reports, dashboards, and self‑service tools to support enterprise objectives.
• Apply statistical, causal inference, experimental design, and modeling techniques to measure campaign effectiveness, validate lift and incrementality methodologies, and troubleshoot anomalous, negative, or inconclusive results.
• Create and deliver executive‑level presentations that clearly communicate complex statistical concepts, measurement limitations, and analytical findings to influence leadership decisions.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $116,040 - $209,280National Base Pay Range: $96,700 - $174,400

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
