Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to take charge of our data security infrastructure. This role will define and build systems to classify, protect, and govern sensitive data. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our security standards are met while working in a hybrid model from San Francisco.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data security, data infrastructure engineering, and risk management, along with excellent communication skills. A full-time position with great benefits is offered, including health coverage, flexible PTO, and wellness support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building security or data infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data classification, masking/tokenization, and encryption.
• Ability to define what success looks like and execute on it.
