AbbVie in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Data Security Engineer (Insider Risk Management – Engineering) for a hybrid role (onsite 3 days a week/2 days WFH/remote). You will lead DLP content creation, implement preventative controls, and analyze DLP events to improve use cases across a global organization.
The role requires a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Information Security and 5+ years in security engineering, with experience in Splunk and data loss technologies.

Education & Experience
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security or related degree & 5 years managing & supporting networking concepts, data loss technologies & enterprise engineering related to security solutions.
Alternatively, would accept a Master’s in Information Security, Cyber Security or related degree & 6 months managing & supporting networking concepts, data loss technologies & enterprise engineering related to security solutions.
Work experience may be gained concurrently. Will accept reasonable combination of work, education and training.
Salary Range: $154,586.00 - $162,000.00 per year.
