Job summary

enGen is seeking an enterprise Principal Information Security Architect - Data Security to lead the design of data security architectures across cloud and on-prem environments. You will partner with business, technology, data, cloud, and security teams to implement data access controls, encryption, tokenization, and data masking while guiding enterprise security strategy.

You will mentor staff, champion security-by-design, and promote secure patterns for data pipelines, APIs, and data movement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience.
• 4+ years as Information Security Architect.
• 3+ years in data management, query processing and production systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise data security architectures for secure data platforms, analytics, and data movement.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, product and leadership to implement data-centric security controls.
• Mentor security professionals and promote security-by-design across data initiatives.
• Lead secure design patterns for data integration, APIs, and processing pipelines.
• Advise executives on architecture strategy, standards and governance.
