Qualifications

• Master's degree in a data-related field with extensive analytics experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional data and analytics experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SQL experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience applying mathematics, statistics, modeling/Machine Learning to transform high volumes of data into analytics.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy for innovative analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into policy adherence.
• Research, design, and implement a policy adherence metric using FRAC/PA denials information.
• Design valuation models to measure savings from removing non-compliant outliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support use of the metric in operations.
• Lead multiple teams to drive scalable analytics implementations across initiatives.
• Maintain reports, projections, models, and presentations for executive use.
