Qualifications

• Master's degree required with strong background in data analytics and statistics.
• Minimum 8 years transforming data sets for actionable insights and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL.
• 4+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience applying mathematics, statistics, and ML to large data sets for business insights.
• Ability to influence priorities and drive scalable analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement analytics strategies to provide actionable insights for policy adherence and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and deploy data models, reports, and projections to inform executives and business leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (policy, compliance, operations) to apply analytics to Humana programs.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, manage expectations, and drive roadmap decisions for scalable solutions.
• Design metrics to measure savings and outlier removal in policy adherence analyses.
