Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in analytical roles with data wrangling and large-scale modeling experience.
• Experience applying statistical and machine learning methods in business contexts.
• Undergraduate degree in analytics, applied mathematics, economics, statistics or related field; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops complex queries and programming to access, transform, and prepare data for statistical modeling.
• Leads and executes deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decisions; mentors juniors.
• Identifies data inconsistencies, documents assumptions, and fills data gaps.
• Engages with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytic approaches.
• Guides test design, model validation, and provides statistical consultation within cross-functional teams.
• Delivers insights and action-oriented recommendations to business leaders.
