Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Dallas seeks a Senior Data Scientist to deliver analytical solutions across 5 brands and 1,400 stores. You will build causal and predictive models, applying AI-enabled tools to improve store performance, labor effectiveness, and operations decision-making.

Partner with Store Ops, Merchandising and Finance to translate business problems into analytical approaches, establish testing practices, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of analytics/data science experience, retail preferred or other consumer exposure.
• Fluent in Python and SQL with proven modeling and ML capabilities.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develops analytics models to diagnose store performance drivers such as traffic, conversion, and labor utilization.
• Builds predictive models for scheduling, staffing, and fulfillment affecting profitability.
• Presents insights to store leadership and partners with operations and finance to implement actions.
