Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field is required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech research with small-molecule discovery exposure.
• Strong Python/SQL, cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience with RDKit and data modeling for analytics and ML.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data assets for small-molecule discovery workflows.
• Transform molecular, reaction, synthesis, and assay data into reusable datasets.
• Partner with scientists to define data requirements and analytical use cases.
• Develop scalable workflows on modern cloud platforms and ML-ready datasets.
• Contribute to data standards, metadata, and reproducible research.
