Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• At least 5 years using analytics to solve product or business problems; or 3 years with a PhD.
• Strong coding and statistical analysis skills using Python, R, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to identify quality and metric headrooms.
• Analyze datasets with statistical/AI methods and present actionable insights.
• Develop evaluations to guide improvements and automate them with Engineering and Product.
• Serve as an integrated partner to drive system changes and launches.
