Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Senior Staff Data Scientist to define how data powers decisions for Digit and related systems. You will shape analytics and modeling directions, turning massive robot datasets into actionable insights across hardware, software, and manufacturing.

This is a high-impact role requiring leadership of data teams and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You’ll transform robot telemetry, logs, and sensor data to enhance reliability, performance, and product decisions,

Qualifications

• 10+ years applying data science to real-world problems.
• PhD or MS with related quantitative field preferred; reliability/Applied stats experience valued.
• Experience leading cross-functional data science efforts and mentoring ICs.

Responsibilities

• Define how data drives robot reliability and performance decisions.
• Build analytics & modeling standards for hardware, software, and manufacturing data.
• Develop dashboards and RCA tooling to surface anomalies and inform actions.
• Lead a data-driven organization; set technical direction for analytics.
