Job summary

Oscar Health Insurance is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Risk Adjustment data team in New York City. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining production pipelines and ML models to quantify clinical risk and support submissions.

You will partner with actuarial and internal teams, shape technical direction, and mentor junior data scientists. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week in NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping production data pipelines and analytic systems.
• Strong collaboration with actuarial/risk teams and other business units.
• Ability to design, implement, and validate models end-to-end.
