The ideal candidate will design and train predictive models, conduct rigorous statistical analyses, and communicate insights to senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions. Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or related quantitative roles.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a highly quantitative field.
• Strong coding with Python and SQL; R is a plus.
• Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep analytics to uncover strategic business insights.
• Build measurement frameworks to evaluate product features and operations.
• Develop and deploy predictive models and forecasts at scale.
