This role sits in a small analytics squad and emphasizes model development and actionable insights.

Location is St. Louis, Missouri, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Pay ranges from $45.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, ESOP, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• ML/data science knowledge; AI/GenAI experience optional
• Python mandatory; other languages not acceptable substitutes
• Databricks experience as current platform
• SQL for data exploration across ingested sources

Responsibilities

• Generates reports and datasets for end-users via system tools and queries
• Designs and programs methods to analyze structured/unstructured data for insights
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce required elements
• Builds machine learning/AI solutions delivering measurable business value
• Translates complex business requirements into data science solutions aligned to goals
