Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 5 years work experience plus a Master's degree).

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience influencing product strategy and innovation with data science.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Details about specific ranges and benefits can be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform analysis using tools like SQL, R, Python; solve business problems; own open-ended issues to find optimal solutions.
• Build processes, procedures, and tests to address future challenges.
• Report on KPIs to support business reviews; translate analysis into insights or product opportunities.
• Develop prototypes and business cases to provide scalable insights; advocate for data-driven product development.
• Influence cross-team resource alignment and strategic direction.
