Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a data science professional to join the Yield Management Advanced Analytics team in Dearborn. You will own end-to-end modeling, optimization, and deployment, delivering production-grade analytical assets such as web apps and dashboards to guide pricing and incentives.

Expect collaboration with data engineering and AI/ML teams, and exploration of agentic AI tools to enhance analytical workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with strong ML/AI background.
• Experience in data analytics, AI/ML modeling, or related quantitative analysis.
• Proficient in Python, R, MATLAB or similar, plus SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of predictive models and optimization frameworks.
