Checkout.com in Atlanta, GA is seeking a data analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve merchant performance. You will own end-to-end engagements, diagnose issues, and measure improvements using SQL and Python.

You will collaborate with account managers and ML engineers, present findings to non-technical stakeholders, and apply automation to streamline daily work. No payments experience is required; we’ll train you, and the hybrid model supports collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience using data to drive measurable results.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for analysis.
• Ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own merchant performance engagements from start to finish, typically about three months each: kickoff, diagnosis, fixes, A/B testing and reporting results.
• Dig deep into large, complex datasets to find the root cause of performance gaps.
• Turn findings into hypotheses, run A/B tests and other experiments to prove them, and measure the uplift.
• Understand how our machine-learning optimization engine makes decisions. Spot patterns where it gets things wrong and work with our ML engineering team to fix them.
• Present your findings and results to merchants and non-technical stakeholders as a clear, persuasive story.
• Use automation and AI to make the team's day-to-day work more efficient.
• Share what you learn across teams. The problems we solve are rarely the same twice.
