Mastercard is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop market-leading, data-driven open banking solutions with a strong focus on affordability/credit decisioning and identity/income verification. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field.
• End-to-end data science experience on large, complex datasets including problem framing, results communication and deployment.
• Experience deploying interactive dashboards using Plotly Dash.

Responsibilities

• Apply data science techniques to large datasets from development to deployment.
• Build and deploy interactive dashboards with data engineers to deliver engaging client insights.
• Communicate requirements effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet needs.
• Conduct customer trials to demonstrate impact of open banking solutions.
• Proactively pursue product excellence via new data sources and cross-team collaboration.
• Develop and implement team methods for rapid prototyping, reproducibility and governance.
• Engage with Mastercard data science community to share best practices.
