Accenture Flex is a leading global services company offering project-based work onsite. As a Data Scientist, you will apply statistical and machine learning methods to large enterprise data to drive business value and transform client operations.

This role is 100% onsite at Minneapolis, MN, five days a week. Requirements include at least 5 years in data science, expertise in statistics, machine learning, data mining, and proficiency with Python, R, or Scala.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data science, data analysis, data mining, or similar business functions.
• Experience in at least one data science focus area: statistics, OR, DOE, ML, or quantitative analysis.
• 5 years of data mining with distributed processing to scale big data.
• 5 years using Python, R, or Scala for analytics.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Apply scientific methods to solve real world business problems using data.
• Use cutting edge statistics and ML to derive data-driven solutions across business areas.
• Employ broad knowledge of statistics, analytics and ML to enhance data science capabilities.
• Mine large structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy scalable data science solutions.
