- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying real-time ML/NLP solutions
- Strong experience building virtual assistants, chatbots, or conversational agents
- Experience with GPU-based model training and inference infrastructure
- Experience with search relevancy engineering and/or recommendation systems
- Experience with responsible/trustworthy AI methodologies in NLP solutions
