Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Data Scientist on the Home Lending Data & Analytics team in Plano, TX. You will drive campaign performance through rigorous measurement, data-driven insights, and continuous optimization, partnering with Marketing to tell the full performance story.

You will leverage GenAI/LLM tools to speed analyses while maintaining accountability for conclusions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into campaigns and production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze problems, dig into data, and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong SQL skills, including merging data from multiple sources.
• Experience with Python (preferred) or similar analytics tools; strong Excel skills.
• 3+ years in business analysis, marketing analytics, or similar roles supporting campaign measurement.
• Familiarity with predictive model outputs and GenAI/LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends, insights, and actions across campaign performance and outreach effectiveness.
• Plan and analyze A/B tests and experiments; quantify incremental impact and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytics outputs into marketing campaigns.
• Build narratives and deliverables (reads, dashboards) with transparent assumptions and trade-offs.
• Source and merge data from multiple platforms to tell the full performance story.
